The paddleboard can be left in direct sunlight however this will increase the volume of air inside the board and some air may need to be released this can be done by simply depressing the air valve.

Yes, all reservations are handled through our online reservation system. Locate the “Book A Rental” button to begin the reservation process.

18 or older. If the rider is younger than 18, the rider must have a parent or a legal guardian present and must give permission for the minor to ride by signing the, “Release, Waiver, and Liability Agreement”. This is standard paperwork that is filled out by every one of our riders.

A valid U.S. ID or passport and a credit card are necessary for your rental. We do not take “pre-paid” cards in lieu of a credit card for deposit requirements. We will not rent a bike to anyone without a valid ID and credit card, no exceptions. We keep your credit card information on file until your rental is returned; we do not charge a deposit for a rental.

We suggest you to wear something casual and comfortable, appropriate dress for the weather conditions is advised. We also recommend wearing closed toed shoes; sandals or flip-flops are discouraged because of the high chances of toe injuries as well as the chance that they may fall off your feet while riding creating a safety hazard.

You should return the bicycle to the store. We will replace your bicycle with a new one and extend your rental period for another hour. -
You can’t take the bikes off the island or on any beaches. Pretty much all of Marco is bike friendly. Plenty of bike trails on our streets.

No. We encourage you to use a refillable water bottle to keep our Oceans and beaches plastic free.

No. However, if you think that the service was exceptional, any gratuity is highly appreciated by our outstanding employees.

No refunds will be issued. We do offer a credit valid for a year. If booking cancelled by us for bad weather we offer a full refund.

We highly discourage drinking before or during renting our equipment. We feel alcohol anddriving, bike riding or paddle boarding does not mix.
